The palliative care service is led by a full-time specialist in palliative medicine with three palliative care nurses. The team is supported by a team of trained counsellors who journey with the cancer patients from the time of diagnosis and undergoing cancer treatment.

The service works closely with oncology specialists and provides palliative care services to patients in the hospital ward, in the outpatient clinic and continues to see patients in their own home when he or she is too weak to travel tothe  hospital for follow up review.

Our palliative care services include cancer pain and symptom management, home and discharge planning, advance care planning and end-of-life care.
