Notification of 2023 ESMO General Assembly Vote

The ESMO Ordinary General Assembly was held on Saturday 21 October 2023 at 13:00 CEST in the Ávila Auditorium, North Convention Centre (NCC) at the IFEMA Madrid, Madrid, Spain.

Based on the votes received from ESMO Members present at the General Assembly, the resolutions of the General Assembly for the four agenda items are as below:

  1. The General Assembly approved the Report of the President for the period 1 May 2022 to 30 April 2023;
  2. The General Assembly approved the Audited Financial Statements and the Management Report for the period 1 May 2022 to 30 April 2023;
  3. The General Assembly ratified the actions of the Executive Board for the period 1 May 2022 to 30 April 2023 (i.e. Discharge of the Members of the Executive Board)
  4. The General Assembly approved the Bylaws, with immediate effect.
