ESMO will convene its Ordinary Annual General Assembly on 28 July 2020 in Lausanne, Switzerland, without physical presence of members, under the rules of the Swiss COVID-19 Ordinance 3. Agenda and motions are outlined in the official Notice sent to all members eligible to vote.
Important amendments are proposed to the Bylaws which will allow ESMO to properly respond to challenges and opportunities in extraordinary times – such as those that we are currently experiencing – with an improved level of flexibility yet maintaining a democratic decision-making process.
All ESMO members eligible to vote are invited to cast their votes exclusively in writing before 20 July 2020.
