In the framework of a thorough review of our activities in light of the non-completely resolved Coronavirus pandemic, the ESMO Academy 2020 will be held as a virtual meeting.
At ESMO we believe it is vital not to stop research and education, and this decision reflects our commitment to continuously support the oncology community.
The Virtual Academy will be held on 21-22 August in partnership with the European School of Oncology (ESO).
Participation in the ESMO Virtual Academy is free of charge, but it will require registration, for organisational reasons.
Participants who had already paid their fee will be contacted by the ESMO Registration Unit to coordinate their reimbursement. The original registration will be transferred automatically to the virtual format.

We very much hope that everyone with an interest in keeping up to date on key topics in medical oncology as well as in need to prepare for the ESMO Examination* will leverage this opportunity to catch up.
*Available in 2020 only to applicants in Switzerland and Slovenia in order to comply with Board Certification requirements.
