This EANO-ESMO guideline provides key recommendations on the management of neurological and vascular complications of brain tumours. Brain tumour patients need close clinical monitoring because of the frequency of neurological and vascular complications. Early recognition and appropriate management of complications are key. Authorship includes a multidisciplinary group of experts from different institutions. Treatment recommendations are provided, including levels of evidence and grades of recommendation where applicable.
