Online registration is now available

The registration fee comprises the following benefits

  • Congress webcasts
  • Industry satellite symposia and concomitant trade exhibition

The fee also includes lunches sponsored by pharmaceutical companies during the industry satellite sessions and refreshments regularly available in the exhibition area.

Registration fees and deadlines

The ESMO Secretariat must receive one completed registration per participant and the corresponding payment in Euro by the given deadlines. Please note that Registration per day is neither possible through the pre-registration procedure nor on-site.

Registration of ESMO members

To register an ESMO member and to benefit from the reduced fee, the full ESMO ID number by the participant must be provided during the registration process. ESMO members may register online, either logging into their profile using their login details, or by providing their ESMO ID number on the registration form. Prior to registering for the Congress, please verify that the status of membership is “active” and includes eligibility for preferential registration fees. Invitation letter for visa application

Individuals can download their electronic Invitation letter online through the registration system. To download / receive the Invitation letter, participants must first register to the Congress and pay in full. For special invitation letters please contact registration@esmo.org

The invitation letter does not commit ESMO to any financial obligations whatsoever. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the delegate. For more information please review the Registration Terms & Conditions

Name change

Name changes received prior to the late registration deadline (11 November 2020) are free of charge. After this date, a handling fee of SGD 150 will be charged for each name change. 

For individual registrations, name changes should be notified in writing to the ESMO Secretariat.

Group registration name changes should be processed directly online. Name change requests by email, fax or phone will not be accepted.

Important note: A member registration fee can only be replaced by another member
