Young oncologists: get involved in ESMO Asia 2016 by submitting a challenging clinical case study and you could win 12 month's free ESMO membership
Following last year's success, ESMO Asia 2016 again offers opportunities for young oncologists to get involved in the Congress programme by submitting challenging clinical case studies.
The best case studies will be selected for Poster display in a dedicated area, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your case with your peers.
Deadline
Case study submission closed on 17 August 2016 (18:00 SGT).
Who can submit a case study?
Any young oncologist under the age of 40.
Please read the ESMO Asia 2016 abstract regulations before submitting your case study.
Please note the following:
Twelve month's free membership will be granted on the proviso that the authors attend the Congress, display their poster in the designated space and be available for Q&A on Monday 19 December. Hours will be confirmed closer to the event.
Existing ESMO members will have their membership extended and will be asked to confirm that their profile is up to date. New members will be required to complete an application form in order to set up their membership profile. The membership will be activated by 31 January 2017.
Young Oncologist Patient case studies will not be published in the ESMO Asia 2016 Abstract Book and are not eligible for travel grants. More details can be found in the abstract regulations document.
