To register an ESMO member and to benefit from the reduced fee, the full ESMO ID number by the participant must be provided during the registration process. ESMO members may register online, either logging into their profile using their login details, or by providing their ESMO ID number on the registration form. Prior to registering for the Congress, please verify that the status of membership is “active” and includes eligibility for preferential congress fees. For more information, please review the Registration Terms & Conditions.
Invitation letter for visa application
Visa invitation letters for individuals are available via the registration system. To download the letter, participants must first register to the congress and pay in full. For special invitation letters please contact registration@esmo.org.
Important note: All foreign delegates requiring a visa to enter Singapore must complete the V39A form. Please contact registration@esmo.org to request the form.
Additional information is available on the Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website.
The invitation letter does not commit ESMO to any financial obligations whatsoever. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the delegate. For more information please review the Registration Terms & Conditions.
Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent via email to all pre-registered participants by end-November 2015. The confirmation is the only official document that certifies registration for the congress and this document must be shown on-site in order to receive the congress registration material. Registration material may be collected from Friday 18 December 2015.
Scan & GO
At the end of November you will receive an email confirming your registration with a fancy barcode (only if payment has been settled). This mail will have to be printed out and handed over at the Scan & GO desk when you arrive at the Congress venue. Registration material may be collected from Friday, 18 December 2015.
In case this mail will not arrive in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you will not receive the confirmation then contact us (select 'Event') immediately.
Congress webcasts
The webcasts of the Congress will include all the sessions of the official programme, where speaker permission is granted, and will be made available within 48 hours on:
- OncologyPRO for ESMO members
- The ESMO website for all delegates for six months after the Congress
Important: keep your badge as you will be requested to enter your badge ID code and last name to log in.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of Attendance will be available to print from Sunday morning 20 December. You will have one month to access the ESMO web in the Congress section and print it from home. Before obtaining your Certificate of Attendance, you will be requested to enter your badge ID code and last name to log in as well as complete the evaluation questionnaire. It is therefore important to retain the delegate badge for this purpose.
The Certificate of Attendance will indicate the maximum number of credit points (1 credit point per 1 hour of programme attended up to a maximum of 6 credits per day) related to the Congress. However, it is the participant’s responsibility to complete the Certificate of Attendance with the number of hours of scientific programme (= number of credit points) that he/she has actually attended.
Badge
The badge is the only official evidence of registration, thus, participants not wearing their badge do not have access to the Congress. Loss of badge is loss of registration and a new badge will be issued only upon payment of the pro-rata fee.
