ESMO 2017: Member Lounge

The ESMO Member Lounge is an exclusive area where members can relax between sessions and meet other members of the ESMO community. Membership staff will be on hand to cater to all membership needs!

The lounge is situated in the Hall 10 of the congress centre. View the venue floorplan.

ESMO Member Lounge opening hours

To enter the ESMO Member Lounge you will need to be wearing your ESMO member badge or ESMO member ribbon. Ribbons can be obtained from any ESMO Membership Services desks located in the Registration Area, at the ESMO booth in the Society Village or in the Member Lounge. Your badge will be scanned by a hostess each time you enter.

ESMO Examination Registration

There are still a limited number of seats available for ESMO members to take the ESMO Examination at the main congress session in Madrid. If you wish to register please visit the ESMO Member Lounge on Saturday, 9 September from 10:00-14:00. The spaces available will be offered on a first come first served basis.

Discover ESMO Programme

All members are invited to the Discover ESMO Programme, a series of short, informative talks taking place Saturday, 9 – Monday, 11 September in the Member Lounge. This is your chance to meet and greet ESMO Officers in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and find out more about ESMO Committees, activities and products.

Lounge facilities

• Working area with laptops, printers and mobile phone charging stations
• Lounge and networking area: relax in between congress sessions and meet with your colleagues
• Literature area: pick up copies of the latest ESMO publications
• Refreshments: grab a snack over lunchtime, or stop by for a drink during the day
• Membership services desk: renew your membership with the 3x2 onsite membership offer, update your myESMO profile, ask questions about your membership status.
