- Membership Services Centre located in the Exhibition Hall Opening hours: Saturday to Monday 08:30-17:00 daily
- Members' Lounge located in Hall 10 (members only) Opening hours: Friday to Monday 08:00-18:00 and Tuesday 08:00-12:00

What fees does the 3 for 2 offer apply to?
The offer is applicable to all ESMO annual membership fees e.g. Full, Associate, Junior, Emeritus and Oncology Nurse. It will also be applied to some of our special fees including, developing country fee and reciprocal fees available for specific countries/members of societies with whom we have a reciprocal membership agreement.
Offer is only available to participants at ESMO 2014 in Madrid visiting the ESMO Membership Service points listed above, and who are either: • Members whose membership is in good standing wishing to renew • Members whose membership has lapsed who would like to renew • ESMO 2014 participants eligible for membership, who join ESMO at the membership services desks onsite in Madrid
