ESMO European Lung Cancer Congress 2018: Register Onsite!

Transportation pass
Free public transportation is offered from the city of Geneva for Congress delegates staying in Geneva. Please contact the front desk of your hotel in order to receive the free pass.
Registration deadlines
The ELCC Congress Secretariat must receive one completed registration per participant and the corresponding payment in euros by the given deadlines. Please note that Registration per day is neither possible through the pre-registration procedure nor on-site.

Organising Society member registration
To register a member and to benefit from the reduced fee, the full membership ID number of the participant must be provided during the registration process. Members may register online, either logging into their myESMO profile using their login details, or by providing their ESMO/IASLC/ESTS/ESTRO ID number at the time of the registration. Prior to registering for the Congress, please verify that the status of membership is “active” and includes eligibility for preferential congress fees. Invitation letter for visa application
Administrative contacts can download the electronic Invitation letter of the participant online through the registration system. To download / receive the Invitation letter, participants must first register to the Congress and pay in full. For special invitation letters please contact elcc.registration@esmo.org
The invitation letter does not commit ESMO to any financial obligations whatsoever. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the delegate. For more information please review the Registration Terms & Conditions.
Confirmation of registration
By end-March 2018, you will receive an email with a barcode confirming your registration (only if payment has been settled). This mail will have to be printed out and handed over at the Scan & GO desk when you arrive at the Congress venue. Registration material may be collected from Wednesday, 11 April 2018.
