Access hours for exhibitors during the exhibition
Staff holding exhibitor badges may enter the exhibition hall one hour before the official opening, and must leave the halls at 18:00.
Exhibitor badges
Owners, representatives and employees of exhibiting firms are entitled to request an unlimited number of “exhibitor” badges free of charge. Beside the exhibition, the exhibitor badge authorises access to the Industry Satellite Symposia.To order your exhibitor badges and register your staff, please fill out the attached excel template and return it by e-mail to: maw@media.co.at by 16 March 2016.
