An internal mobile unit of palliative care is available all over time. Every week a common staff meeting is organized together with the palliative unit to discuss about all hospitalized patients. For ambulatory patients contact is
taken with the palliative care unit whenever necessary. For each new request to the palliative unit, there is a common visit to the patient followed by a debriefing between physicians, nurses, social workers, psychologists in order to provide the best care for oncologic patients (drug modifications, external support, ...).
