The ESMO W4O Forum offered the chance to take stock of the current situation and discuss progress towards gender equity.
The Forum at ESMO 2023 celebrated the efforts made by ESMO W4O to address gender-related issues facing oncology professionals in 10 years after the initiative was established, while at ESMO Asia 2023 it focused on the challenges and opportunities on how to close the gender gap in the Asia-Pacific region.
Participants engaged with speakers in a discussion about gender equity and learned from the decade-long experience of ESMO W4O.
