Dr. Scholl is an internal medicine specialist, medical oncologist and haematologist currently working as an office based oncologist with broad interest in lung, colorectal, breast, gynaecological, urogenital cancers, sarcoma and HNSCC as well as the classical haematological malignancies, benign haematological disorders and preventive medicine. She is a diversity enthusiast and engaged in Women’s and minorities affairs.

Since the beginning of her training Dr. Scholl`s main goal was not only to deliver the best care, support and therapy for the patient, but at the same time to realise a fulfilling daily work e.g. by close cooperation with all members of the interprofessional team, enabling young fellows or nurses by reciprocal teaching and empowering her patients and their families during their whole therapeutic journey.

Dr. Scholl has a native capacity in dissecting workflows and routines and creating practical solutions for time- and energy saving new ways. Especially in the fast developing medical and daily live she is open to try and enrol technical tools to support and relieve daily work load, transfer patient adapted information and by this reduce risk and control.

Since early on Dr. Scholl demonstrated her open and divers mindset by international cooperations and exchanges as well as trainings in Padova Italy and Chicago USA. She’s an ESMO member since 2010 and passed the ESMO Exam latest in 2022. She is an active member at the Young Oncologists Working Group and Women’s Working Group both of the German Society of Hematology and Oncology (DGHO) and at the DGIM Alumni of the German Society of Internal Medicine (DGIM). Since 2022 she`s in the leading group of the Digital Working Group of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Internistische Onkologie (AIO) of the Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft (DKG). Since 2024/01 she is member of ESMO POWG.
