Confirmation of registration

By mid-February 2020, your delegates will receive an email with a barcode confirming the registration(s) (only if payment has been settled). This mail will have to be printed out and handed over at the Scan & GO desk when they arrive at the Congress venue. Registration material may be collected from Monday, 2 March 2020 (from 7:00 until 17:30).

Please note that the invitation letter also contains the barcode and can be used to print the badge.

If your delegates have not received this email confirmation (please check your spam folder), then contact us (select 'Event') immediately.
