The exhibition, located in Halls B1 and B2, is an important component of the ESMO Congress, providing medical oncologists with an ideal platform to network with pharmaceutical partners and a dedicated opportunity to gain further insight into tangible advances in the treatment of cancer.

The Society Village, located in the Exhibition Hall B1, is the area where most of the non-profit societies, National societies and Patient Advocates active in the field of oncology are looking forward to meeting participants.

The major pharmaceutical companies active in the field of oncology are expected to take part in the Congress as exhibitors.

Official Italian Agency for AIFA procedure

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).

The request of authorization must be submitted within 60 days before the starting date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:
