Online registration is now available
The registration fee comprises the following benefits: Access to the Congress, registration material, opening ceremony, Congress webcasts, industry satellite symposia and concomitant trade exhibition. The fee also includes lunches sponsored by pharmaceutical companies during the industry satellite sessions and coffee regularly available in the exhibition area.
Registration fees and deadlines
The ESMO Congress Secretariat must receive one completed registration per participant and the corresponding payment in SGD by the given deadlines. Please note that Registration per day is neither possible through the pre-registration procedure nor on-site.

Registration process and requirements
During the registration process we will ask you for the following information:
- A personal address (Institution/Company or private) and email address for each delegate must be provided during the registration process.
- Multiple registrations with the same e-mail address will not be considered.
- Registration for the Congress implies that you have accepted the Registration Terms & Conditions
Registration of ESMO members
To register an ESMO member and to benefit from the reduced fee, the full ESMO ID number by the participant must be provided during the registration process. ESMO members may register online, either logging into their profile using their login details, or by providing their ESMO ID number on the registration form. Prior to registering for the Congress, please verify that the status of membership is “active” and includes eligibility for preferential congress fees. - Register yourself OR
- Register a group (10 people or more) OR
- Register someone else (up to 9 people/third party registration)
- Please select “Third Party Registration” if you would like to register another person or a small group
- Please note that all participant’s names must be provided at the time of registration
- It is not possible to purchase registrations and provide name later

Group registration will only be accepted when the number of participants therein reaches a minimum of 10 individuals
- To register less than 10 people, please use the "third party" registration module
- Group registration via paper will not be accepted

Invitation letter for visa application
Administrative contacts can download the electronic Invitation letter online through the registration system. To download / receive the Invitation letter, participants must first register to the Congress and pay in full. For special invitation letters please contact registration@esmo.org.
Important note: All foreign delegates requiring a visa to enter Singapore must fill in a V39A form. Please contact registration@esmo.org to obtain the form.

The invitation letter does not commit ESMO to any financial obligations whatsoever. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the delegate. For more information please review the Registration Terms & Conditions.
Confirmation of registration
By the end of October 2018, you will receive an email with a barcode confirming your registration (only if payment has been settled). This mail will have to be printed out and handed over at the Scan & GO desk when you arrive at the Congress venue. Registration material may be collected from Friday, 23 November 2018.
