Palliative and supportive care
The centre is also part of the local Palliative Care Network, which comprises a Home Care Service and two Hospices in nearby towns. Palliative care is provided at the Institute by palliative care experts and continued at the Hospices. Close collaboration between the different professional figures guarantees continuity of care from diagnosis to end-of-life care.
