BC Cancer is looking for a Medical Oncologist to join its Prince George Centre team, located in Northern British Columbia. Prince George is considered the urban hub for the north, with a population of approximately 75,000 people, offering a comfortable and accessible lifestyle for the whole family. The surrounding wilderness offers a true outdoor person’s paradise – fishing, boating, hiking, and remote enough to really enjoy star-lit nights. Prince George is a 9-hour drive to Vancouver, and is accessible via the city’s international airport, Prince George Airport.

As a Medical Oncologist you will use your extensive experience and qualifications to provide oncology consultation, patient care, teaching, and research. Working with a team of specialized medical oncologists at the Centre, you will participate exclusively in the care of Oncology patients. The Centre has an in-house Research and Clinical Trials Unit, which is currently conducting national and international level radiation trials.
