Dr. Marrone is an Assistant Professor of Oncology and the Associate Program Director for the Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship Program at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. 

She was selected as an inaugural ASCO Educational Scholars Program participant and has served in numerous roles with ASCO on the Trainees Council, the Training Program Director Committee, the Faculty Development Working Group, and the Digital Education Board. She is currently completing her Masters of Education in the Health Professions via the Johns Hopkins School of Education, with a focus on curriculum development to foster adaptive expertise. 

She is also a clinical trialist focused on the treatment of patients with lung cancer and esophageal cancer.
