Dr Teixidó is a Faculty Specialist at the Hospital Clinic de Barcelona, Spain.
Dr Teixidó obtained her University Master Degree in Genetics in 2007 and her PhD in Genetics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain, in April 2012.
In January 2013 she joined the Translational Research Unit, at Pangaea Oncology, an oncology-focused company with additional business units in diagnostics and patient care, directed by Dr Rafael Rosell and started to coordinate the pathology department as staff Scientist. Then she moved to Hospital Clinic de Barcelona in March 2017.
Her current fields of interest are biomarker discovery, sample optimisation for molecular diagnostics tests and studying mechanisms of resistance to anti-EGFR, anti-ALK and anti-ROS1 therapies.
