This participation quorum is calculated based on the number of votes (including abstentions) received between the opening and closing date of the voting period as a percentage of the number of Full Members eligible to vote. If the minimum participation quorum of 10 percent is not met by the closing date of the voting period, the President will inform the members accordingly, and no later than five calendar days after the closing date. The President will simultaneously call the eligible Full Members who have not yet cast their vote to do so by the closing date of an extended voting period of ten calendar days.
