General Description

  • Dept. of Medical Oncology for the treatment of solid tumours and some haematological malignancies (including palliative medicine, radiotherapy, medical oncology)
  • Clinical research unit, dedicated to translational early clinical studies (mostly Phase I-II)
  • Very active in researching new treatment options for cancer and improving care particulalry in Active research centre n with Laboratory of molecular pharmacology

Expertise

  • Department of Medical Oncology for the treatment of tumours (including palliative medicine, radiotherapy, medical oncology)
  • Clinical research unit with wide trial portfolio and strong commitment to translational research and early clinical studies (mostly Phase I-II)
  • Intense collaboration in the field of immunotherapy conducted within the Oncology Division by the Cancer Immunotherapy Research Group of the University of Geneva Faculty of Medicine and the Tumor Immunology Laboratory and the Clinical Research Unit of the Dr. Henri Dubois-Ferrière Dinu Lupatti Foundation

Facilities

  • Laboratory facilities with molecular technologies including genomic analyses with a dedictaed moleculare tumour board
  • A full clinical department with medical oncology and radiation oncology and expertise in a wide range of tumour types.
