Sarcoma Working Group

The Sarcoma Working Group (SWG) enhances collaboration between the European sarcoma groups and ESMO.

Activities and responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Community of the European Sarcoma Groups
• Contributing to the multidisciplinary evolution of ESMO
• Cooperating with all other relevant ESMO bodies, such as the Guidelines Working Group and the ESMO International Symposium (EIS) Working Group

Structure

• The Chair is appointed by the ESMO Executive Committee after consultation with the previous Chair
• Three (3) year term and can be re-appointed once
• The members are proposed by the Chair to the ESMO Executive Committee for approval for a period of three (3) years and can be re-nominated for a further term
