Vladimir
Todorovic is Associate Professor of Oncology at the University
of Montenegro in Podgorica and
Director of the Oncology Clinic, Clinical
Center in Montenegro.
He received his
medical degree in1990 at the University
of Novi Sad (Serbia) and his internal medicine certification
at University of Belgrade in 1996. The degrees of MSc (1998)
and PhD (2000) he earned at the Belgrade
University. He trained in oncology at the Institute for Oncology
and Radiology of Serbia
and received a diploma as an oncology specialist.
Dr. Todorovic is
a member of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) since 1999
and of the American Society of Clinical
Oncology (ASCO) since 2001.
Dr. Todorovic
received a Fellowship for Education in the Oncology Center Hospital Tenon, Paris for one month in 2004.
He was also Co-Chairman of two ESMO Central and Eastern European Task Force (CEE
TF) Courses in Montenegro (Podgorica 2004 and Igalo, Herceg Novi 2005.) and the
European School of Oncology (ESO) "Advanced Course in Clinical Oncology",
Milocer 2005.
Dr. Todorovic
participated in several courses at the Vienna School of Clinical Oncology, ESO
Courses, European Breast Cancer Conferences
and ASCO and San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) meetings. He is an
editor of "Bilten" (the official journal of the Montenegrian Doctors' Chamber).
He has authored and
co-authored more than 40 abstracts and peer-reviewed
articles. He has also published a monography "Benign Breast Diseases" (published
by Medical Faculty in Podgorica).
