“How to use EGFR mutations to optimize treatment selection in NSCLC”, by Dr Federico Cappuzzo is the latest ESMO E-Learning Module

The presentation provides an excellent overview on retrospective and prospective studies of EGFR-TKIs in EGFR mutated NSCLC.  Highlighted are factors predictive for response, primary/acquired resistance and survival, throwing a light on the debated question of how EGFR markers should be incorporated into clinical decision making.

The Presentation also offers information on the type of patients benefiting from the treatment and what oncologists have learnt that could guide to development of better strategies in the future.
