Full
available to full-time medical, radiation and surgical oncologists

Junior
available to medical, radiation and surgical oncologists in training

Associate
available to healthcare professionals who are not full-time oncologists, but are actively involved in cancer research, treatment and patient care e.g. researchers, scientists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, etc
