The ESMO Congress Secretariat must receive both the payment in Euro and the registration form by the given deadline.

Registration requirements

In order to register yourself or another person/s, the following information will be required and conditions will be applied:

  • A personal address (Institution/Company or private) and email address for each delegate must be provided during the registration process
  • Multiple registrations with the same e-mail address will not be considered
  • Registration to the congress implies the acceptance of the Registration Terms & Conditions.

 

The ESMO 2012 congress registration fee comprises the following benefits

  • Access to the congress, opening ceremony, industry satellite symposia and concomitant trade exhibition.
  • Public transportation between the hotels booked through the official housing agency and the Congress venue.
  • One copy each of the Abstract, Educational and Program Books.
  • For ESMO members and non-ESMO members who elect to pay the additional webcast fee, access to the
    webcast is also included.

Congress webcast

Access to the congress webcast will be available for three months following the congress, to ESMO members and non-members who elect to pay the additional webcast fee; thereafter the webcast will be available to ESMO members only.

The congress webcast will include all the sessions of the official program, where speaker permission is granted, and will be made available on the ESMO website. The webcast will be available to ESMO members (through the myESMO area) and delegates who paid the webcast fee.

IMPORTANT: Keep your badge as you will be requested to enter your badge ID code and last name to log in!

 

Member registration

To register an ESMO Member and benefit from the reduced fee, the full ESMO ID number of the participant must be provided during the registration process. Prior to registering for the congress, please verify that the status of membership is active and includes the eligibility to the preferential congress fees.

 

Confirmation of registration

Confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail to all preregistered participants approximately one month before the start of the congress. The confirmation is the only official document which certifies registration for the congress. It must be shown on-site in order to receive the congress registration material (bag, books, badge, etc).
Registration material may be collected from Thursday 27 September 2012.
