Mondial Congress & Events has been appointed the official local housing partner for ESMO 2012. Rooms have been blocked in different price categories at preferential rates for the ESMO 2012 Congress.

Payment Procedures
Hotel bookings can only be guaranteed upon receipt of a two-night’s deposit.
The number of nights booked serves as a basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked. The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly with the hotel.
All changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing and sent to the following e-mail address:

Cancellation
For room cancellations received by Thursday August 16, 2012, the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of
EUR 50,00. For cancellations received after Thursday August 16, 2012 or no-shows, the deposit will not be refunded. Amounts due will be reimbursed after the congress. Hotel deposits are cashed in name and on responsibility of the hotel.
Mondial Congress & Events also offers a local transportation reservation service including airport, dinner and hotel transfers by bus, minibus, car or limousine.
