9th International Symposium on Targeted Anticancer Therapies
Paris, France, March 7 – 9, 2011
The highly successful series of annual, international symposia on Targeted Anticancer Therapies (TAT) will be continued with TAT 2011 in Paris, France, March 7-9, 2011. TAT 2011 will be organized by the NDDO Education Foundation in partnerships with the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) and the US National Cancer Institute (NCI). These organizations have partnered in the TAT congress series as of 2005 and 2008, respectively.
TAT 2011 will maintain all important features of previous TAT meetings and will fit seamlessly into the series’ track record of top-level ‘new drug meetings’ in oncology. Annual TAT meetings are characterized by:
- Focus on innovative agents with a cancer-specific molecular target, in particular the most promising ones in early-phase clinical development;
- Top-level international program committee and faculty, warranting high scientific standards;
- Educational introductions of target biology for new molecular targets;
- A completely plenary program allowing delegates to focus and not miss anything;
- Opportunities to present results of ongoing clinical trials and translational research in front of an expert audience;
- Medium size in terms of the number of delegates for optimal interactions among delegates and faculty;
- Attention to methodological and regulatory issues in anticancer drug development.
