A list of Congress Hotels, terms and conditions of booking as well as the on-line reservation Web site of AIM Group-AIM Dmc will be available from January 2010.

As an alternative, hotel accommodation can be booked using the Housing form

A large number of rooms at preferential rates in different price categories have been reserved in Milan for the period of the Congress. The hotels are all situated in the city centre of Milan and the Congress venue, the Fiera Milano Congressi, is accessible by public transport.
Each reservation will be processed ONLY if accompanied by credit card details which are requested as a guarantee.

Molte camere, a tariffe ridotte e in diverse categorie, sono state riservate a Milano durante il periodo del Congresso. Gli alberghi sono situati nel centro città e nelle vicinanze della sede congressuale, Fiera Milano Congressi. Inoltre s’informa che la Fiera Milano Congressi è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.
Ogni prenotazione sarà presa in considerazione SOLO se accompagnata dai dettagli di una carta di credito a titolo di garanzia.

Payment information

A reservation fee of EUR 20 (VAT 20% included) will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM Group – AIM Dmc will issue an invoice for the charged reservation fee and a voucher will be sent out as confirmation.

The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation but no further cost will be charged on it. The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check-out.

The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon check out.

AIM Group – AIM Dmc will be at your disposal for any information about hotel reservations.

Modalità di pagamento

Un anticipo sulla prenotazione, equivalente a 20 Euro (IVA inclusa, 20%) sarà addebitato sulla carta di credito al momento della conferma. AIM Group-AIM DMC emetterà una fattura per la quota a carico e un voucher di prenotazione sarà inviato come conferma.

La carta di credito sarà conservata come garanzia per la prenotazione dell’albergo, ma senza che altre spese siano addebitate. L’albergo emetterà la fattura definitiva al momento del check-out.

AIM Group-AIM DMC sarà a vostra disposizione per informazioni sulle prenotazioni alberghiere.

Cancellation

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Group - AIM Dmc (by regular e-mail or fax) according to the following conditions:

AIM Group- AIM Dmc reserves the right to charge the given credit card the following cancellation fees
Before 6 September 2010 Only the reservation fee (EUR 20) will be charged
Before 30 September 2010 One night accommodation will be charged
After 30 September 2010 100% of the foreseen total will be charged

Condizioni d'annullamento

Qualsiasi modifica o annullamento della prenotazione deve essere inviata in forma scritta ad AIM Group-AIM DMC (via e-mail o fax) in base alle seguenti condizioni:

AIM Group-AIM DMC si riserva il diritto di addebitare la carta di credito adottando le seguenti penali:
Prima del 6 settembre 2010 Solo l’anticipo riguardante la prenotazione (20 Euro, VAT inclusa) sarà addebitato
Prima del 30 settembre 2010 Una notte di pernottamento sarà addebitata
Dopo il 30 settembre 2010 Il 100% del totale previsto sarà addebitato

Hotel Accommodation – Groups

(groups with 10 or more rooms)
For group bookings, please contact AIM Group- AIM Dmc to obtain the “Terms and conditions for groups”.

On-site transportation
Public transportation is included in the registration fee for travel between the congress center and the official hotels booked through AIM Group-AIM Dmc.

Airport transfers
AIM Group-AIM Dmc offers the possibility to organize transfers from and to the airport. For further information
please contact AIM Group-AIM Dmc.

Optional Tours
Tours will be available only on the AIM Group-AIM Dmc Web site from October 2009.

For further organizational matters AIM Group-AIM Dmc will be pleased to assist you.

Per prenotazioni di gruppo, si prega di contattare AIM Group-AIM DMC per ottenere i "Termini e le condizioni” per i gruppi.

Trasporti
I trasporti pubblici sono inclusi nella quota d’iscrizione per gli spostamenti tra il centro congressi e gli alberghi prenotati tramite AIM Group-AIM DMC.

Trasferimenti aeroporto
AIM Group-AIM DMC offre la possibilità di organizzare i trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto. Per ulteriori informazioni si prega di contattare AIM Group-AIM DMC.
