Group registration is available when the number of participants therein reaches a minimum of 10 individuals.
Online group registration will be available from February 2010 at www.esmo.org

Pre-registrations have been closed on 1st September. Should you need to add new registrations or process name changes, please note that this will only be possible onsite.
Name changes: from 2nd September name changes requests will be charged EUR 180 (20% VAT included) per name
Group confirmations: Group confirmations will be sent by mid-September, only to those groups who have fully completed and settled their registration.

Group Leaders must collect their group material at the registration desk on 7 October 2010

For groups of 50 participants and above, appointments may be scheduled for the collection of group material.
