Owners, representatives and employees of exhibiting firms will have the possibility to request an unlimited number of “Exhibitor” badges free of charge through the exhibitor’s manual and the online registration system. The “Exhibitor” badge authorizes access to the Exhibition and Industry Satellite symposia but does not authorize entrance to the scientific activities and functions of the Congress.

Exhibition visitors may register on-site at the fee of e 60. The “Exhibition visitor” badge authorizes access to the Exhibition only.

The appointed agency to collect on ESMO behalf all applications from the Pharmaceutical Companies and file them with the AIFA (Italian Drug Agency) is:
