Registration requirements

In order to register the following information will be required and conditions will be applied:

• A personal address (Institution/Company or private) and email address for each delegate must be provided during the registration process.
• Multiple registrations with the same e-mail address will not be considered.

Payment procedures

Payment must accompany each registration, after receipt of payment the registration is activated and will give access to the ESMO Metastases Virtual Meeting.

Payment should be made by:

• Credit card - Visa or Euro/MasterCard only. Please note that American Express and Diners are not accepted.

Cancellation refund policy

Important: Refund of the registration fee is not possible for the ESMO Metastases Virtual Meeting, therefore NO claims for reimbursements will be considered.
