Media registration

• Available to representatives of the following: 
• Journals, magazines, news publications
• News agencies
• Broadcast media
• Information officers for academic institutions, scientific societies, or registered medical research charities

• The Media Registration Form must be accompanied by either a copy of an official press card or a letter of assignment
• The ESMO Communication Department will review all requests for completeness and qualification and will send registration confirmations via E-mail

If you do not qualify for the ESMO Complimentary Media Registration, please read carefully the ESMO Policy on Third-Party Press Activities

ESMO warmly recommends advance registration for the event.

On-site registration will also be available, subject to the same conditions above, at the registration desks.
