- Group registration is mandatory for more than 10 individuals registering together.

- The ESMO Congress Department must receive one completed registration form per participant
- The ESMO Congress Department must receive the corresponding payment in Euro by the deadlines given below

Applicable to ESMO members who are
nurses and ESMO members from developing countries only. At the time of
application, developing countries are defined by ESMO according to latest World
Bank statistics as countries with a Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) per capita of less than $ 10,000
per annum. Information available online at www.worldbank.org
Participants from a developing country are eligible for early registration at EUR 100, plus ESMO membership at the preferential rate of EUR 25.
The total amount of EUR 125 is to be received by ESMO by 11 June 2008.
