hotel accommodation in relation to the 33rd ESMO Congress.

The hotels are all situated in the city centre of Stockholm and the Congress venue Stockholm
International Fairs is accessible by public transport.
All hotel rooms in all categories have private bath with shower or tub,
telephone, television, pay-TV and breakfast facilities.
Hotel categories
Category A – 5 star superior hotels with minimum one restaurant, bar, room service and some with health club and pool. Category B – 4 star hotels with a restaurant in the hotel or close by, a bar and limited room service. Category C – 3 star hotels with a bar, some also have a restaurant.
All
hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a deposit as indicated
below, in order to secure and guarantee your reservation. Upon receipt of the
deposit, each participant will receive a confirmation of the reservation. Full
payment has to be made to Congrex Sweden AB by 10 August 2008, an invoice will
be sent out closer to the arrival date.
Please make sure to indicate correct invoicing address on the registration
form. Do not send any payment to the hotel.

are per room, per night, including full breakfast buffet, tax and service.

is less than the requested deposit, we will only charge the actual cost.
Your room
reservation will be processed as soon as Congrex Sweden AB receives the hotel
reservation together with deposit.
The hotel
reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed on the
registration form, should you check out before confirmed departure date or in
case of no-show.
Should the
requested hotel be fully booked, Congrex reserves the right to make a
reservation at another hotel within the same category if possible.

All reservations are handled by Congrex
Sweden. Possible changes of your hotel reservation as well as cancellation must
be made in writing to Congrex Sweden AB and are subject to a handling fee of
SEK 350. Please do not contact the hotel directly. No reservation will be
processed by telephone.
After 11 July 2008, Congrex can not guarantee
accommodation or preferential rate. After this date accommodation requests will
be confirmed according to space availability and bookings are subject to a
handling fee of SEK 350.
Cancellation
For cancellations before 11 August 2008 a
handling fee of SEK 350 will be charged. After 11 August we regret that no
refunds can be made. In case of no-show, the amount covering the full stay will
not be reimbursed. Please note that the hotel is entitled to charge all the
nights booked on your reservation in case of early departure.
Payment
Congrex
Sweden AB will not be
responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when
the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will
Congrex Sweden
AB accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Payment should be made in
advance by one of the following methods:
- American
Express, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for all charges. Please
indicate card number, expiry date and Card VCode on the registration
form.
