ESMO – AIOM European Reciprocal Membership Agreement

We are pleased to inform you that AIOM and ESMO have signed a reciprocal membership agreement in order to improve the quality and range of services we provide our members.

From 2011, all oncology professionals who subscribe for full membership to both societies at the same time will receive the first year of membership for free and benefit from reduced annual membership fees in subsequent years.

We are happy to extend this agreement to existing members of both AIOM and ESMO.  All members who are in good standing with each society can also benefit from the reduced annual membership fees.

Young doctors specializing in oncology (“Specializzandi”) can also benefit from this agreement.  Such members will be eligible for junior membership receiving the first year of membership free and a further 4 years at the reduced annual fee of €25 for each society.

During the 35th ESMO Congress that will take place in Milan, 8th-12th October and the AIOM Congress 6-8th November in Rome, it will be possible to join both societies at the respective booths.
