Signalling Pathways 2014: Registration

The Signalling Pathways 2014 registration fee comprises the following benefits: Access to the Symposium, Symposium material, welcome reception, lunch on Saturday and coffee breaks. 

Pre-registration closed on 5 February. If you have not yet registered, you will be able to register directly at the Symposium in Sitges-Barcelona from Friday 28 February 2014. Full registration fees apply.

Please note that registration per day is neither possible through the pre-registration procedure nor on-site.

Payment must accompany the registration and be processed within the appropriate deadline. Please see here for further information regarding payment methods, cancellation and name changes.

Spanish VAT: ESMO is registered for Spanish VAT and therefore all above mentioned fees include 21% VAT.

Confirmation of registration

Confirmation of registration will be sent via email to all pre-registered participants by mid-February 2014. The confirmation is the only official document that certifies registration and this document must be shown on-site in order to receive the Symposium registration material from Friday, 28 February 2014.

Entrance badge

The entrance badge is the only official evidence of registration, thus, participants not wearing their badge do not have access to the Symposium. Loss of badge is loss of registration and a new badge will be issued only upon payment of the pro-rata fee.

Symposium webcasts

The webcasts from the Symposium will include all the sessions of the official programme, where speaker permission is granted, and will be made available within 48 hours on:

  • OncologyPRO for ESMO members
  • This website for all delegates for six months after the Symposium

Important: keep your badge as you will be requested to enter your badge ID code and last name to log in.

Certificate of Attendance

All participants are entitled to request a Certificate of Attendance at the on-site registration desk. The Certificate will be available for collection in return for the completed evaluation form, from Saturday 1 March 2014.

The Certificate of Attendance will indicate the maximum number of credit points (1 credit point per 1 hour of programme attended up to a maximum of 3 credits per half day and 6 credits per full day) related to the Symposium. However, it is the participant’s responsibility to complete the Certificate of Attendance with the number of hours of scientific programme (= number of credit points) that he/she has actually attended.
