Vlad Vasile Voiculescu is a Romanian economist based in Vienna (Austria) with extensive experience in financing complex infrastructure projects and public-private-partnerships (PPPs). He is also a long-time volunteer and founding member of several organizations supporting patients in his home country, Romania. He believes in the power of kindness, knowledge and assumed responsibility for achieving great goals. Among his main engagements, Vlad is the founder of MagiCAMP – a special camp for kids with oncological diseases from Romania, he is a board member of ARIL – the Romanian Association Against Leukemia and is running an information platform raising awareness on the shortages of cancer drugs in Romania. Vlad is an Aspen Institute Romania fellow and a founding member of Global Shapers Bucharest Hub @World Economic Forum.
