IMPAKT 2016: Information Regarding Registration

BIG and ESMO regret to inform you that the IMPAKT 2016 Breast Cancer Conference, 12-14 May and the pre-IMPAKT Training Course, 11 May in Brussels, Belgium have been cancelled due to concerns about fully functioning transportation services in Brussels and serious security issues.

This was not an easy decision to make and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

BIG and ESMO remain committed to IMPAKT and confirm the conference will take place in 2017. We hope that we can count on your involvement in the future.

All individuals and groups already pre-registered for the event have already been contacted and any registration fees paid will be refunded.

What is the refund policy for registration?

BIG and ESMO understand the difficult situation this may put participants in and, therefore, we are refunding the entire conference registration fee. We are not able to refund travel or accommodation fees. For more information we invite you to review the meeting cancellation policy adhered to by all registered participants.

When and how will I receive the reimbursement for my registration fee?

All registered participants for IMPAKT should have received an email with information about the cancellation of the conference and reimbursements. Registration reimbursements should take place by the end of April; the IMPAKT Registration Unit ( registration.impakt@esmo.org) will contact all registered participants directly.
