Peripheral T-cell lymphomas are uncommon and account for 10%–15% of all non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. The new ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines cover the systemic subtypes of primary nodal and primary extranodal peripheral T-cell lymphomas, and include recommendations for diagnosis, staging and risk assessment and detailed treatment sections by subtype.
