Breast Cancer
These Pocket Guidelines summarise diagnosis, treatment and follow-up recommendation for primary, locally recurrent and metastatic breast cancer. They also include a section on BRCA in breast cancer and the recommendations from the 1st International Consensus Guidelines for Advanced Breast Cancer (ABC 1).

These Pocket Guidelines summarise diagnosis, treatment and follow-up recommendation for early-stage, locally advanced and metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). They also include a section on malignant pleural mesothelioma.

NETs and GIST
These Pocket Guidelines summarise diagnosis, treatment and follow-up recommendations for thyroid cancer, neuroendocrine bronchial and thymic tumours, adrenal cancer, neuroendrocrine gastro-pancreatic tumours and gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST). The GIST guidelines were developed during an ESMO Consensus Conference held in January 2012.

Supportive Care
These Pocket Guidelines summarise recommendations for: the prevention of chemotherapy- and radiotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting; erythropoiesis-stimulating agents in the treatment of anaemia; applications of haematopoietic growth factors; management of febrile neutropenia, cancer pain, oral and gastrointestinal mucositis, venous thromboembolism (VTE), cardiovascular toxicity induced by chemotherapy, targeted agents and radiotherapy; cancer, fertility and pregnancy; and chemotherapy extravasation.

These Pocket Guidelines summarise diagnosis, treatment and follow-up recommendations for prostate cancer, bladder cancer, renal cell carcinoma, testicular seminoma and testicular non-seminoma. The prostate cancer guidelines were developed during an ESMO Consensus Conference held in November 2011.
