Clinical Practice Guidelines by Tumour Type

The ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) are intended to provide oncology professionals with a set of recommendations for the best standards of cancer care, based on the findings of evidence-based medicine.

Each Clinical Practice Guideline includes information on the incidence of the malignancy, diagnostic criteria, staging of disease and risk assessment, treatment plans and follow-up designed to help oncologists deliver an appropriate quality of care to their patients.

20 ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines are out in 2013 including three brand new ones: Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia, Penile cancer and Gestational trophoblastic disease.
