European Cancer Congress 2013 Payment and Cancellations

Confirmation of Registration
A personalised confirmation will be sent to you by email once the payment of the registration fee is received in the 2013 European Cancer Congress bank account.
Approximately two weeks before the start of the congress each confirmed participant will receive an additional email including their personalised identification barcode (for easy and fast access to the Congress) as well as important logistical information.
Replacements and Cancellations
Replacements (that is, change of delegate) of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 95 EUR per participant.
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 125 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received by 06 August 2013.
