MAW has been appointed as the official exhibition management company for ELCC 2015 and is offering support in all exhibition related issues.

Access hours for exhibitors during the exhibition
Staff holding exhibitor badges may enter the exhibition hall one hour before the official opening, and must leave the halls at 18:00.
Owners, representatives and employees of exhibiting firms are entitled to request an unlimited number of “exhibitor” badges free of charge. Beside the exhibition, the exhibitor badge authorises access to the Industry Satellite Symposia.
To order your exhibitor badges and register your staff, please fill out the attached excel template and return it by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org by 18 March 2015.
Italian agency (AIFA applications)
The appointed agency to collect on ESMO's behalf all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA (Italian Drug Agency) is:
