IMPAKT 2017: Third-Party Registration
Pre-registration closed on 5 April. If you have not yet registered, you will be able to register directly at the Conference in Brussels from Wednesday, 3 May 2017. Full registration fees apply.
The registration fee comprises access to the conference, conference material, welcome reception, lunch on Friday and coffee breaks.

Invitation letter for visa application
Individuals can download their electronic invitation letter through the online registration system. To download / receive an invitation letter, participants must first register to the conference and have paid in full. For special invitation letters please contact email@example.com.
The invitation letter does not commit ESMO to any financial obligations whatsoever. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate. For more information please see our Registration Terms & Conditions.
Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent via email to all preregistered participants by mid-April 2017. The confirmation is the only official document that certifies registration for the conference and this document must be shown on-site in order to receive the conference registration material. Registration material may be collected from Thursday, 4 May 2017.
The conference webcasts will include all the sessions of the official programme, where speaker permission is granted, and will be made available within 48 hours on:
- OncologyPRO for ESMO members
- via this website for all delegates for 6 months after the Conference.
Important: keep your badge as you will be requested to enter your badge ID code and last name to log in.
Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance will be available online from Saturday 6 May 2017. Delegates will have 2 weeks to access this website and print it from home. Before obtaining the Certificate of Attendance, delegates will be requested to enter their badge ID code and last name to log in as well as complete the evaluation questionnaire. It is therefore important to retain the delegate badge for this purpose. The Certificate of Attendance will indicate the maximum number of credit points (1 credit point per 1 hour of programme attended up to a maximum of 6 credits per day) related to the Conference. However, it is the participant’s responsibility to complete the Certificate of Attendance with the number of hours of scientific programme (= number of credit points) that he/she has actually attended.
The badge is the only official evidence of registration, thus, participants not wearing their badge do not have access to the Conference. Loss of badge is loss of registration and a new badge will be issued only upon payment of the pro-rata fee.
