ESMO 2014: Information for Presenters

To assist you with your preparations for ESMO 2014, please find below information for invited speakers, abstract presenters and poster display instructions.

Speaker Centre at ESMO 2014

The Speaker Centre is is located on the mezzanine level between Halls 7 and 9. Download the venue floorplan.

Presentation management

A centralised network is in place to deliver slides to auditoria throughout the venue. A technician will be present in each auditorium, however they are not able to upload presentations directly at the lecterns.
Speakers and oral presenters should deliver and check their presentation at the Speaker Centre located on the mezzanine level between Halls 7 and 9, no later than three hours before the start of the session. For the first sessions of the day, presentations should be delivered the previous day before 16:00 hours. Speakers are kindly asked to keep their presentation within the given time limits, including discussion time.

Chairpersons

If you are a Chairperson, please be in your session auditorium 10 minutes prior to start of the session. Chairpersons must keep strictly to the time allocated in the programme.
