Currency and ATM machines
The currency of Spain is the Euro (€). There are ATM machines located in the ground floor lobby of the North Convention Centre as well as at the Santander and Bankia banks located on the main Avenida, next to Halls 3 and 4.
Lost and found
Please refer to the information desk in the entrance hall.
Two networking lounges will be made available at the Congress venue. The lounges will be located in the North centre, Colon and Neptuno, on the 2nd floor reachable only with the elevator. The networking lounges will be open to all registered participants and will offer a quiet place to interact and meet with other people.
Food court and snack bars
If you are looking for an ideal communication point, or if you just want to take a short break, the food court in the exhibition hall will suit you best. The food court will offer you the broadest variety of Spanish and international delicacies. Additionally other bars café will be available throughout the venue
Cafetierias can be found in Hall 2, Hall 8 and the Avenida.
Plaza Mayor (Spanish food) and Época XXII (Italian food) can be found in the North Centre. Riojano is located between Hall 3 & Hall 5 on the first floor.
At the food courts and other food points you will be able to pay with euros or by credit card.
Apple stations and water dispensers
Want a healthy snack? ESMO is happy to offer you a free apple from the apple stations, located throughout the venue Feeling thirsty? Still water dispensers are located throughout the venue as well.
